2–3 salmon fillets (skin-on preferred)

2 tablespoons butter

3 garlic cloves (minced)

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Step-by-Step Instructions
🔹 Step 1: Prepare the Salmon

Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.

Season both sides with salt, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

Let the salmon sit at room temperature for 10–15 minutes before grilling.
Step 2: Preheat the Grill

Heat your outdoor grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Lightly brush the grill grates with olive oil to prevent sticking.
Step 3: Grill the Salmon

Place the salmon skin-side down on the grill.

Cook for 4–5 minutes without moving it.

Carefully flip the salmon and cook for another 3–4 minutes.

The salmon is done when it flakes easily with a fork and reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
⚠️ Do not overcook, or the salmon will become dry.

In a small pan, melt the butter over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds (do not brown it).
