 Creamy Tuscan Keto Chicken


 Ingredients (Serves 3–4)

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 2 tbsp olive oil or butter

  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ½ cup chicken broth

  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes (chopped)

  • 1 cup fresh spinach

  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)




Step-by-Step Cooking Method

🔹 Step 1: Season the Chicken

Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.


 Step 2: Sear the Chicken

Heat olive oil or butter in a large pan over medium heat.
Place chicken in the pan and cook 5–7 minutes per side until golden brown.
Remove chicken and keep aside.


 Step 3: Make the Garlic Base

In the same pan, add minced garlic.
Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant (don’t burn it).


Step 4: Prepare the Cream Sauce

Add heavy cream and chicken broth. Stir well.
Add parmesan cheese and mix until sauce thickens (3–4 minutes).


 Step 5: Add Tuscan Flavors

Add sun-dried tomatoes and chili flakes.
Simmer for 2–3 minutes.


 Step 6: Add Spinach

Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.


Step 7: Combine

Put the chicken back into the pan.
Simmer for 5–7 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and coated in creamy sauce.
